1。有医药行业的研发背景,做过IT 交付。有全流程的经验
从前期RFP 到后期项目管理全流程的经验。
2。必须用英文沟通。英文必须过关。全英面试
3。主要是得懂一些医药研发的领域。 了解业务流程

【薪资】暂定35K-45K*12,具体根据面试后评定,如优秀可在评定

【用工方式】由于内部HC,通过FESCO Adecco签订劳动合同,签订按照6个月一签订。



Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

86 Analyzing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules.

86 Assemble and lead the project/program core team, and ensure team effectiveness.

86 Define requirements specification, Coordinate UAT, Execute & Ensure Adaptive Delivery Framework documentation with business stakeholders, IT business partners & vendors.

86 Engage and manage Sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes.

86 Monitor and control projects, to ensure projects are delivered on time & within budget, by utilizing project management tools.
86 Understand and utilize Procurement processes related to projects and programs. Author and utilize standard Procurement tools such as Statement of Work (SOW), RFI (Request For Information), RFP (Request For Proposal) and raise Purchase Order.
86 Leverage appropriate risk management tools and techniques to identify, mitigate and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance.
86 Assemble required attendees and materials to ensure an effective steering committee as agreed with Sponsor. Assemble and present materials to Project Portfolio Review meetings.
86 Contribute and drive the maturation of project management capabilities through Lean principles, lessons learned, root cause analysis, enhancements to the project management tool kit, and additions to the project management knowledge-base.
86 Contribute to improve IT service collaborating with local/global IT for R&D China.
86 Contribute to realize R&D IT China & R&D IT Strategy.
86 Work with third party suppliers as required and contributes to the creation of functional design documents
86 Work with third party suppliers to verify technical development and delivery are in adherence with the Architecture Roadmap
86 Be accountable for the architecture and design of comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned to Enterprise Architecture,
86 Provide subject matter expertise to ensure business opportunities are identified and realised in line with a standard and cost effective solution architecture.
86 Create estimates for solution delivery including expertise to validate third party estimates and hence ensure value for money

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential
86 BA, BS in Computer or Life Sciences or equivalent with 5+ years project management experience.
86 Skilled in Design Thinking through iterative process, seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with initial level of understanding.
86 Good record of software development.
86 Experience implementing and maintaining business solution architectures under any formal framework for their domain of architecture
86 Good understanding of IT architectures, systems, standards and technologies including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity.
86 Proven consultancy experience designing end to end solutions that operate across all domains of IT.
86 Experience developing and leading innovative solutions
86 Proven experience of leading change and challenging approaches/ideas.
86 Proven ability to influence across business and IT.
86 Experience developing and managing relationships with third party suppliers
86 Experience with policies, procedures and guidelines within a quality, compliant, and secure environment
86 Experience with large scale solution Justification phase work – product evaluation, business case formulation
86 Experience directing cross functional teams
86 Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
86 Evidence of working with Agile project management methodologies.
86 Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, capable of interpreting and discussing technical IT terms with a non-technical business audience.
86 Experience in managing, developing and leading virtual teams. Background in forward-thinking leadership skills in order to engage, motivate and drive high performance from your team.
86 Fluent in Chinese and English

Desirable

86 Broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical Drug Development process.
86 Knowledge of emerging regulatory/digital trends and risks affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
86 Architecture certifications, e.g. TOGAF
86 PMP or Scrum Master Certificate.
