岗位职责:
根据工厂生产需求安排和调整承包商工作计划与方案，提供技术支持，并对其工作进度、质量、现场6S进行检查和考核，确保符合赛科HSSE要求和在线分析工作规范。
Arrange and adjust the contractor's work plan and proposal according to the production needs of the plants, provide technical support, and check and evaluate the work progress, quality, and on-site 6S to ensure compliance with SECCO HSSE requirements and online analysis work specifications.
对在线分析现场作业安全实施管理和监控，包括开具作业许可证、现场作业条件确认、过程监护等，确保作业安全受控。
Conduct management and monitoring of on-site operation safety for on-line analysis, including the issuance of work permits, on-site operating conditions confirmation, process monitoring, etc., to ensure the operation in a safe and controlled state.
跟踪在线分析仪运行状态，并及时处置异常情况。
Track the operation status of the online analyser, and dispose abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
掌握备件维修、更换使用情况，控制备件库存和维护成本，确保符合在线分析备件使用策略。
Master situation of spare parts repair, replacement and use, control spare parts inventory and maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with online analysis spare parts usage strategies.
负责固定式气体检测仪年度检定工作。
Responsible for the annual calibration work of fixed gas detectors.
参与制订大检修计划（工作包），包括检修材料，计划，人力资源配置等，监督检修质量和进度。
Participate in the development of TAR plan (work packages), including TAR materials, plans, human resource allocation, etc., and supervise the quality and progress of TAR.
参与分析仪项目，优化改造等工作，并提供现场支持。
Participate in analyzer projects, optimization modification, and provide on-site support.
配合实验室、工艺团队、产品开发团队对产品质量指标的跟踪、分析和改进工作。
Cooperate with the laboratory, process and product development team to track, analyze and improve the product quality indicators.
开展对装置、承包商等相关人员的在线分析专业培训。
Conduct professional training on online analysis of relevant personnel of plants and contractors.
及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by line manager in a timely manner.
任职要求:
仪表、自动化本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above with the major in instrumentation, automation.
5年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验。
Have at least 5 years’ of work experience in petrochemical industry and this discipline.
熟悉石油化工装置在线分析系统组成、技术规范标准和相关法律法规。
Be familiar with the makeup, technical specification &criterion and related laws and regulations of online analyser system in petrochemical plant.
具有良好的沟通能力，有效的组织和计划能力，主动学习的意愿和能力。
Good communication ability, efficient organization and planning ability, willingness and ability of learning actively.
熟练使用办公自动化，如MS Outlook， MS Word 和MS Excel，PPT。
Be proficient in use of OA software, such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS.
符合工作要求的专业英语能力。
