Job Description:
Provide business and functional analysis for transaction banking projects;
Able to perform in -depth analysis of business data with relevant stake holders;
To act as bridge between stakeholders and vendors to translate the business and
regulatory needs into user requirements understood by the developers;
To identify and map requirements between BNPp internal systems and external parties.
i.e., Regulator;
To collaborate with Vendor to analyse the user requirements and ensure deliverables
fulfil user requirement;
To define UAT cases and coordinated the testing , Ensure defects are tracked, followed
up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with Business and
Operations to support day-to -day operation;
Provide user training and draft Standard Operation Procedure documentation;
To plan and support for users' participation during lmplementation for Users Sanity and
/or Penny Testing (PVT);
Works in dependently to resolve issues and /or identify solutions on a timely manner.
