Requirements:

61 Foreign bar admission and valid practicing certificate in an international jurisdiction is mandatory for this position
61 Native Chinese language skills
61 Professional fluency in written and spoken legal English
61 Practical skills of dealing with different government authorities
61 Experience in investment projects, M & A, negotiations and due diligence, drafting skills
61 Tax knowledge
61 At least Bachelor degree in law
61 Ability to research on complex and new legal issues and write well-structured memos
61 Sound knowledge and previous practical working experience (at least 5 years) with all kinds of corporate matters of foreign-invested enterprises in China
61 Personality: kind, honest, internationally minded

Responsibilities:

61 Working on transactions, a wide range of advisory assignments and dispute resolution under the supervision of a partner
61 Supporting clients in negotiations with Chinese business partners or procedures before government authorities
61 Coordinating with local network partner firms and service providers
61 Part-time working arrangements are negotiable for this position
