Main Responsibilities:
1) Sustainable Packaging Development
- Develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend sustainable materials for product development and packaging, considering environmental impact, cost, and performance.

2) Packaging Management and Implementation
- Manage packaging projects and timelines, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
- Implement and control product packaging policies and quality standards across all business units and supplier factories.
- Provide technical advice to suppliers on resolving packaging issues and implementing sustainable practices.

3) Data Management and Reporting
- Oversee packaging material data collection and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a packaging material database in an accurate, traceable, structural, and timely manner.

4） Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product sourcing, quality assurance, artwork team, ESG team and suppliers, to ensure sustainability practices are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

5） Training and Development
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on sustainable practices and materials, fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Educate suppliers on sustainable packaging requirements and best practices.

Requirements:
- Degree in packaging sustainability, packaging engineering, environmental science, material science or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in packaging development, packaging engineering, or sustainability roles.
- Experience in the sourcing, retail or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of packaging technologies and materials.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and relevant software
- Good command in English and Mandarin
