Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis每月例行监控区域内客户的应收账款 3. Effective sales region management 高效地管理销售区域 4. Conduct monthly meetings with sales team and complete meeting minutes开展月度销售会议,完成会议记录 5. Planning and controlling of sales turnover, GP and KPI 计划和控制销售额、毛利和KPI 6. Make out strategy paper for the responsible region 制定所负责区域的销售策略文件 7. Ride along with the sales team 与销售团队一起拜访客户 8. Pipeline checking and controlling of the sales team 销售团队的Pipeline检查和控制 9. Customer visiting tracking and controlling for sales 销售人员客户拜访的追踪和控制 10. Take effective measures to manage customers at risk 采取有效行动管理有风险的客户 11. Be responsible for dead and obsolete stock controlling and follow up 控制死库存和呆滞物料,采取跟进行动 12. Collection days control and follow up 回款的账期控制和跟进 13. Reimbursement checking and approval of assigned sales team 负责所管辖销售团队的费用报销检查和审批 14. Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 15. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作 Requirements: 1. College degree or above大专及以上学历 2. Minimum 15 years of direct sales experience in the industrial sector 至少15年以上工业领域的直销工作经验 3. At least 5 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people,especially in Fasterner 至少5年10人以上销售团队的管理经验尤其是紧固件行业 4. Sound knowledge of academic managerial expertise and excellent sales team leadership 良好的管理学知识储备和优秀的销售团队领导气质 5. Thorough understanding of internal and external environment that will have impact on company sales target (including company operation feature, market trend, competitors, Chinese government planning) and good ability to anticipate technological and market trend对于影响销售指标的内部和外部环境有非常深入的理解(包括公司内部运营特点、市场趋势、竞争对手、中国政府规划),对行业内的市场和技术发展有前瞻性预测 6. Deep and unique understanding of assigned sales division, for example, customer business model, customer characteristics, industry cycle and etc. Prefer to have profound social networking or sound relationship with potential customer in assigned division 对所负责的事业部或销售大区有独特深入的理解,例如:客户商业模式、客户特点、行业周期等。优先考虑在事业部或销售大区内有广泛的人脉关系或与潜在客户有良好关系的候选人 7.
