Industry Design
**Job Responsibilities / Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate closely with other teams within the company to ensure designs meet functional requirements and market positioning.
2. Familiar with the processes and workflows of outdoor products, pet products, etc., skilled in product structure modification, practicality, and cost-effectiveness improvements.
3. Create product design drawings and model diagrams, participate in the planning and development of company products, and complete industrial design renderings (2D, 3D modeling) for company products.
4. Participate in team design and development work, complete design drafts and detail production: style materials, product combinations, accessories, etc.
5. Analyze the causes of product issues based on market feedback, propose preventive and improvement suggestions, and optimize product performance and customer experience.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
**Job Requirements / Qualifications**
1. College degree or above, with equivalent experience in product design or related fields. English can be used as a working language.
2. Over 5 years of industrial design experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully launched products.
3. Proficient in using design software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, RHINO (Rhino) modeling, 3DMAX, VR rendering, etc., with a solid foundation in hand-drawing.
4. Ability to fully understand product design intent, strong aesthetic sense, excellent material texture and rendering skills, and proficiency in post-image processing and product synthesis.
5. Detail-oriented, cautious, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
6. Proactively cooperate with superiors' work arrangements, flexible, innovative, and hardworking.
7. Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 与公司其他团队紧密合作，确保设计符合功能需求与市场定位。
2. 熟悉户外用品、宠物用品等工艺及流程，擅长对产品结构改造、实用性、性价比改造。
3. 绘制产品设计图、模型图，参与公司产品的策划与开发，完成公司产品工业设计效果图制作(2D、3D建模)。
4. 参与团队设计开发工作，完成设计图稿及细节制作:款式素材、产品的搭配组合、辅料等。
5. 依据市场反馈对产品存在的问题进行原因分析，提出预防和改进意见，优化产品性能和提高客户使用体验。
6. 完成其他领导安排的工作。
任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 大专以上学历，在产品设计或相关领域同等经验，英语可作为工作语言。
2. 5年以上工业设计经验，有成功上市产品案例者优先。
3. 熟练使用CroeIDRAW、Photoshop、RHINO(犀牛)建模，3DMAX、VR渲染等设计软件，有一定手绘基础。
4. 能充分理解产品的设计意图，较强审美能力，材质质感和效果图表现能力强；后期的图片处理及产品后期合成能力；
5. 工作细心，谨慎，有强烈的工作责任心和团队精神；
6. 积极主动配合上级的工作安排，反应灵活，爱创新，能刻苦。
7. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够适应快节奏工作环境。
