Job Summary This position is responsible for managing the systemic approach of defining, documenting, assessing, and improving the global logistics business processes and systems within the logistics organization to enhance the customer experience. We are now looking for a motivated individual to help shape and support our logistics transformation and ongoing logistics optimization initiatives. This is a critical role within the IFF Global Logistics COE that will enhance and streamline business processes, drive efficiencies, realize savings, and improve service related to warehousing & transportation across IFF’s global footprint. How you will contribute and lead: 1.Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements across key workstreams: warehousing, air, marine, and road transportation. 2.Engage and ideate with local sites to map the current state to translate the current processes into optimal solutions with a focus on value creation to deliver benefits for IFF 3.Help translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off, etc. 4.Develop and implement business processes and systems that close gaps in current ways of working and deliver a higher level of service at a reduced cost 5.Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions 6.Work with technical teams to design and support a TMS solution 7.Provide functional and technical perspectives to the core workstream 8.Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train super users/end users on updated business processes and system usage 9.Facilitate business sessions, gaining technical alignment between priorities, requirements, design, testing, training, and project steps to ensure successful deployment and stabilization 10.Complete tasks as assigned by Leadership Team while working independently 11.The role requires attending some mandatory on-site travel (~25-50%) What you will need to be successful: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field 2.At least 6 years' experience in Logistics related work, minimum 5 years of experience complex SAP/TMS engagements/implementations 3.Project management experience 4.Proficient EDI knowledge 5.Excellent communication and planning skills 6.Fluent business English and local language communication skills 7.Proficient ERP skills across full supply functional horizon. 8.Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-functional environment 9.Experience with 3PL and 4PL providers 10.Superb collaboration and communication skills 11.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities 12.Excellent organizational and time management skills 13.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements to resolve issues, develop enhancements, or implement other projects 14.Strong experience designing and implementing logistics business processes and optimization within SAP
