The position will support the market analysis and partners engagement of USGBC & GBCI in North Asia. The position works closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to focus on brand promotion, social media, and to assist in various initiatives in the areas of sector engagement. This position will also focus on maintaining the relationship between clients, market sectors and USGBC & GBCI in the South Korea market and creating excellent marketing strategies locally.
Specific responsibilities
1. Collecting information and analyzing data on the green building market in North Asia, with a focus on South Korea. 2. Prepare monthly newsletters and update the corporate brochure for the Korean market. Translate and post Korean project showcases or lengthy articles on LinkedIn as needed. 3. Assist the content marketing team with regular social media delivery, including tweets on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Zhihu, among others. 4. Assist in managing video production content, closely collaborating with the marketing team using video editing apps. 5. Assist in content creation for the Red Book and related social channels. 6. Provide regular marketing support for monthly LEED map updates, quarterly WeChat mini-program updates, etc. 7. Assist in USGBC symposiums and major events. 8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Journalism; Arts; Social Studies or related areas. 2. Proficient in English is a must. 3. Fluent in Korean writing, spoken and reading is required. 4. Holding a LEED Green Associate, Sustainability Excellence Association (SEA) credential is a plus.

Must thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 8. Fresh graduates are welcome. Those with 2 years or more of related employment experience can be considered for senior positions.
Travel Requirements
When necessary, travel to North Asia regions will be required from time to time with this position.
