Need account sales to enhance the customer coverage for packaging business development in China; The candidate will apply extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally; They will have delivered sales targets, team goals and have a compelling track record; Experience in selling capital equipment into groundbreaking semiconductor customers is a must; The understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience are critical.
Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related business field, Master’s degree in business or technology preferred 61 7+ years in sales, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process or process control equipment. 61 Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems 61 Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers 61 Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally 61 Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills 61 Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations 61 Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
