SUMMARY工作任务：
Technical Engineer provides technical supports & services including product introduction, sampling, solution design, demonstration, on-site trial, troubleshooting, training and post-sales support services for distributors and related products.
技术工程师为海外代理商及相关产品提供技术支持和服务，包括产品介绍、打样、解决方案设计、演示、现场测试、故障排除、培训以及售后支持服务;
Actively support and assist the distributors to achieve the company's sales target (machine + consumables, parts).
积极支持所负责区域的代理商达成公司的销售任务目标（机器 + 耗材、零件）。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责：
- Keep close connection with central technical team and continuously develop technical skills.
与公司技术中心团队保持密切沟通和联系，不断提高自身技术技能;
- Introduce and promote Rottweil products & solutions to partners or customers during customer visit, technical service, exhibition etc.
在客户拜访、技术支持、展会等活动中，向合作伙伴或客户介绍、推广公司的产品和解决方案;
- Based on customer application and requirement, provide sampling services and offer technical proposal.
根据客户的产品应用需求，提供打样服务和产品技术方案;
- Organize and conduct product demonstration or trial run at partner or customer site, and fully present product performance.
在合作伙伴或客户现场组织和安排设备演示或试运行，全面展示产品性能;
- Offer remote/on-site troubleshooting support to partners or customers.
为合作伙伴或客户提供远程/现场故障排除等技术支持;
- Provide technical training to partners and customers to ensure the right operation and maintenance to the equipment.
为合作伙伴和客户提供产品技术培训，以确保设备的正确操作和维护;
- Update delivered technical solution or service every time by T&S reports to keep the right “As Built” documents.
通过技术服务报告，及时更新现有的产品技术资料和应用解决方案，以保持“已建成”文档的正确;
- Gather market information and feedback from partner & customer, share to direct manager timely.
从合作伙伴和客户那里收集市场信息和反馈，并及时分享、汇报给公司相关部门和经理;
- Consolidate standard technical documents and translate into local language, and prepare customized documents for local partner & customer.
整合已标准化的技术文件，并翻译成当地语言，为当地合作伙伴和客户提供定制化技术资料和文档;
- Understand Rottweil technical service methodology and act as the *** line of partner & customer contact and the owner of customer relationships.
了解公司的技术服务流程及规则，并作为合作伙伴和客户提供技术支持和服务的第一线，维护好客户关系;
- Follow all necessary environment, safety and health regulations during technical services.
在技术服务期间遵守所有必要的环境、安全和健康规定。
QUALIFICATIONS资质和经验：
1 Experienced in engineering, including mechanical, electrical or automation.
具备机电一体化/工程/自动化专业工作经验，有海外工作经验者优先考虑；
2 Knowledgeable in packaging industry products (CIJ machine is a plus), and able to install, test and troubleshoot related equipment.
熟悉包装标识行业产品（喷码机优先考虑），能够安装、测试和排除相关设备故障；
3 Understanding of technical solution & service delivery methodology.
了解技术解决方案和服务交付方法;
4 Act in a professional manner and customer-oriented, ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
工作态度专业，以客户为中心，能够在多任务环境下工作;
5 Good verbal and written communication skills, Documentation skills.
良好的口头和书面沟通能力，以及文件编制能力;
6 Fluent in English, multi-lingual is preferred.
英语流利，有多种语言能力者优先;
7 Knowledge in low-voltage appliances, PLC etc.
了解低电压产品应用，PLC等相关知识。
REQUIREMENTS & BEHAVIOR工作要求：
1 This position involves approximately 50% of travel, on average, including domestic and international travel.
该职位需要经常出差，平均50%时间，包括国内和国际出差；
2 Self-starter, self-motivator, Pro-active and team-player, Good communicator.
