Job Description -Office Expense System Management 61 Manage daily office expense system inputting, verification, and tracking (e.g., utilities, property fees, airfare, car rentals) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. -Travel Booking & Coordination 61 Provide business travel budget plans to employees, e.g. standards for transportation, accommodation, meals, etc. 61 Coordinate domestic/international travel schedule for employees, including flight tickets, visa applications, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and subsequent changes/cancellations. -Administrative Support 61 Assist overseas offices in preparing invitation letters and coordinating accommodation, airport pickups, and domestic travel bookings (flights, trains, local transportation). 61 Assist new foreign employees with pre-employment preparations, such as arrangements for air tickets, accommodation, and transportation. 61 Facilitate conference room reservations for overseas offices. 61 Support in company event planning, visitor reception, and external parties’ communication and others. 61 Pack, consolidate, and organize parcels for delivery to the UK. 61 Other matters to ensure the normal operation of the office. Requirements 61 Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented with numerical accuracy, and ability to handle complex tasks efficiently. 61 Excellent coordination and communication skills to address needs from employees, clients, and vendors. 61 Basic proficiency in English (ability to communicate simply with non-Chinese staff).
