Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Architect to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is pivotal in bridging digital technology and online marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions into our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, particularly on platforms like RedNote and Douyin, and possess the ability to develop comprehensive digital marketing frameworks. Additionally, experience in managing e-commerce channels to drive online business growth is preferred. This position reports directly to the Lead of Digital Transformation.
Main Tasks 1、 Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy and framework, incorporating social media, content marketing, and other online channels. 2、 Social Media Campaign: Participate in managing social media campaigns on platforms such as Redone, Douyin, and others, ensuring alignment with company objectives and digital marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 3、Digital Marketing Trends Monitoring: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective. 4、E-commerce Channel Management: Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms, developing strategies to drive online business growth and increase traffic. 5、Digital Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global marketing team, digital team, marcom team, etc. to identify, plan, and improve marketing systems and tools, ensuring optimal platform performance.
Requirements Education 1、Master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital Media, or a related field. 2、Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are plus Experience 1、 Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on platforms such as Red Note and Douyin, including a solid understanding of their algorithms, user behaviors, and content strategies. 2、Work experience in the ToB industry is required, with a preference for the scientific instruments and equipment sector. Experience in large companies is desirable. 3、Proven track record of executing and managing successful social media campaigns, including familiarity with platform algorithms and best practices. 4、Experience in designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and frameworks. 5、Experience in e-commerce operations and a proven track record of driving channel revenue growth. 6、Experience collaborating closely with digital teams to define and articulate requirements with roadmap from a business perspective. 7、Experience in bridging digital technology and online marketing business, ensuring the alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business objectives.
