Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete rotational assignments in in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions. 2. Analyze and improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing principles. 3. Implement value stream mapping and continuous improvement planning. 4. Lead and support cross-functional teams in implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives 5. Participate in new product development projects for power tools to ensure the readiness of production line and the pilot production.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering discipline, with a preference for those specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Material science, and Aerospace Engineering. 2. Ability to communicate fluently in English 3. Open-mind attitude, energetic and dynamitic. 4. Available for international mobility. 5. Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competences.
