Major Responsibilities and Objectives: 1. Answer incoming calls and follow up the daily work; 2. Manage correspondence, reports and other leasing related materials; 3. Assist to prepare leasing proposals and contracts; 4. Negotiate lease contract and manage the client before/after moving-in ; 5. Assist Superiors on ad hoc assignments where needed; 6. Any other ad hoc assignments delegated by Superior; 7. Job scope shall be reviewed and revised from time to time based on actual situation;
Qualification: 1. University graduate with relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years working in office leasing / management; 2. Relevant professional qualifications such as Surveying or equivalent would be an advantage; 3. Good spoken and written Chinese and English; 4. Candidate able to speak Shanghainese preferred; 5. Outgoing with good negotiation skills; 6. Presentable and professional with a strong customer service orientated attitude; 7. Initiative and self-confident; 8. Exposure in working with foreign companies in the PRC, and in liaising with international companies/clients would be an advantage; 9. Hard working, team orientated and with a professional working attitude; 10. PC knowledge in Windows, Words, Excels, PowerPoint etc;
