As a core member of Southeast Cluster Customer Excellence (CXSE), you will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize sales processes, enhance cost-effectiveness, and contribute to achieving performance targets. You serve as the primary liaison between CX, regional management, and functional teams, responsible for policy dissemination, data analysis reporting, and team enablement. 作为东南大区客户卓越部(CXSE)的核心成员,您将与销售团队紧密合作,推动销售流程优化、提升成本效益、并助力达成业绩目标。您是CX与大区管理层、职能部门之间的关键对接窗口,负责内外部政策宣贯、数据分析报告输出及团队赋能。
Key Tasks / 具体工作内容
1. Assist Shanghai sales team in managing regional resource allocation and PD coordination, ensure PD accuracy and compliance with company processes, lead policy reviews, and deliver management-aligned PD analysis reports. 协助上海区销售处理大区资源分配及PD统筹事宜,确保PD准确性并符合公司流程,主导政策复盘并输出符合管理层要求的PD分析报告。
2. Ensure Shanghai customers comply with BSH policies, track contract signings, and manage quarterly/annual rebate calculations. 确保上海客户资质符合BSH政策要求,跟进合同签署与客户季度/年度返利核算。
3. Support SS Leader in communicating order management goals internally and externally, generate order-related reports, and drive continuous improvements. 协助SS Leader贯彻大区的订单管理目标的内外部宣贯,输出订单相关报表并持续改善。
4. Collaborate with headquarters CX capability center and coordinate with other regional SS teams to supervise orders/commerce-related activities, and facilitate internal/external enablement efforts. 对接总部CX能力中心,并配合大区其他SS做好订单与商务相关的监管以及内外部赋能工作。
Qualifications / 任职要求
Education: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related fields. 全日制本科及以上学历,财务、供应链管理及统计学等相关专业优先。
Professional Skills: 2. 3+ years of experience in business management/supply chain order management preferred; Proficient in SAP system operation and familiar with sales processes, risk management, and data analysis. 3年以上商务管理或供应链订单管理经验优先;熟悉SAP系统及销售流程、风险控制与数据分析者优先。
Abilities: 4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills. 优秀的跨部门沟通与团队协作能力;
5. Strong data analysis, report writing, and problem-solving capabilities. 强大的数据分析、报告撰写与问题解决能力
