职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:
Lead the quotation team and win new business with defined target and strategy;
Lead the customer relationship, communication and sales related working process;
Develop the customer business strategy.

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:
Achieve annual business growth target and win new business based on defined customer strategy;
Maintain customer relationship from all functions based on defined customer;
Promote and develop new product business based on defined task.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
Lead commercial and technical quotation process and get project quotation approval from management; including leading internal team to get and review full package of customer requirements.
Maintain and calculate the project data map;
Implement roadmap budget plan and achieve defined sales target and growth expectation;
Get approval based on project summary and prepare quotation document according to customer request;
Align sales activity with global KAM regarding regional approach;
Account receivable of customer payment based on the contract and payment condition;
Deliver sample parts to respective customer;
Annual product price negotiation with customer purchasing according to approved price line and budget;
Carry out market research and identify potential business chance by defined customer;
Maintain and manage customer satisfaction (rating) and customer complain for all functions through customer portal or other customer defined channel;
Maintain customer report, customer booklet and customer car line planning & strategy;
Monitor logistic channel and sales planning;
Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.


MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering discipline;
Min 5 years sales experience in Automotive industry, experience of dealing with OEMs is must to have;
Fluent in English and Mandarin, any other foreign language will be plus;
Willingness to travel frequently;


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:
Experience of NA OEMs (Tesla, GM, Ford and FCA) is preferred;
Excellent education background with international experience;
Excellent technical & engineering background.
