岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
1. 美缝类产品的新产品开发、新原料性能测试、产品配方调整等研发工作，能制定合理研发方案并按时完成各项研发项目。

2. 美缝类产品结构范围内的研发工作，包括为公司产品结构发展需要而开发新产品、产品性能调整等。能按时制定计划并按时完成各研发项目。
Research and development work within the scope of Beauty grout product structure，including the development of new products for the development of the company's product structure, product performance adjustment, etc. Be able to make plans and complete all r&d projects on time.

3. 收集专业领域内的技术信息，随时跟进市场同类产品发展状况，为技术开发主管参与决策提供信息支持。
Collect technical information in the field of professional, always follow similar products market development status, development director for technology to provide information support to participate in decision making.

4. 参与制定美缝类产品内部测试相关的标准和制度文件。
Participate in the development of standards and institutional documents related to internal testing of Beauty grout products.

5. 参与美缝类产品质量问题原因的分析并利用实验室资源解决问题；同时周期性地改善产品性能，改进生产流程。
Participate in analyzing the causes of quality issues in Beauty groutproducts and utilize laboratory resources to solve them；At the same time periodically improve product performance, improve the production process.

6. 完成必要的产品性能测试工作，配合产品开发和产品论证工作的完成。
To complete the product performance testing work necessary, with the completion of product development and demonstration work.

7. 对销售人员提供关于美缝类产品的技术支持
Provide technical support to sales personnel regarding Beauty grout products.

8. 按时周期性汇总和评估实验项目的结果，并及时规范的递交工作总结报告

9. 负责了解和分析市场上同类产品的性能指标等信息，并定期提供给研发总监。
Responsible for understanding and analysis of similar products on the market performance indicators and other information, and regularly provide R&D director.

10. 按照实验室内部规定，负责维持好职责范围内的实验室卫生制度
According to the laboratory internal regulations, responsible for maintaining good duties within the scope of the laboratory and health system

11. 按照实验室规定，负责维护好分担养护责任的实验设备According to the laboratory, responsible for the maintenance of good experimental equipment maintenance responsibility sharing

12. 负责完成其它临时分派的工作任务Responsible for the completion of other temporary job assigned tasks

岗位要求job requirements：
1、 要求材料学、化学工程、无机非金属或相关领域的硕士及以上学历，5年以上的美缝剂或类似产品的研发经验优先考虑。
A master's degree or above in materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields is required, with at least 5 years of experience in the research and development of grout or similar products preferred.

2、 良好的英语读写能力和计算机应用能力
Good English reading and writing ability and computer application ability

3、 具有良好的判断和分析能力
Good judgment and analysis ability
