We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong financial background and expertise in corporate listings, particularly in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial data to provide critical business insights.
**Key Responsibilities:** 1.**Financial Analysis & Reporting:** - Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including savings, costs, and other key financial metrics. - Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making. - Provide financial forecasting, planning and risk assessment to senior management
2.**Business Strategy Development:** - Develop and optimize business strategies based on financial and market data. - Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance.
3.**Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Work closely with finance, purchasing team, and other departments to ensure accurate information flow and efficient execution. - Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
**Qualifications:** 1.**Education:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.**Experience:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or financial analysis. - Proven experience in corporate listings, preferably in the U.S. market. - Knowledge of capital markets, IPO processes.
