Key Responsibilities: 1、Support MDO office management: cleaning, stationary, meeting room booking and facilitating, catering. 2、Daily monitoring pool car requests, regional logistics, doc/sample distribution. 3、Maintain the communication with workplace, gym, canteen, courier and meeting room cleaner in different floors. 4、Support secretary team on SLT services when necessary. 5、Other ad hoc business related, and reasonable tasks assigned by leaders, including but not limited to business conference or global visits. 任职资格: 1、3-5年行政、秘书、部门助理类工作经验,百人以上公司规模,不限行业; 2、工作细心认真负责,踏实稳定; 3、多任务处理能力强,注意细节; 4、书面英语熟练。
