工作职责:
Primary (70%):
1. Production line management and resources arrangement (tools/materials/manpower), to meet production target (CLIP, CVP, Output, Cycle time, Line yield…)
2. Drive Fab capacity ramping up and capacity improvement
3. Productivity improvement for labor cost down
4. Operation flow standardization to avoid the miss operation
Secondary (30%):
1. Production line logistics tuning and cost down activities
2. Fab discipline enhancement by manpower management skill
任职资格:
1. Good logical thinking and organization capability
2. Good communication and coordination skills for support delivery& production problem solving
3. Prefer 8 years’ experience in 8-inch or 12-inch Fab related manufacturing field
