Customer Accounts Specialist - Shanghai Job description: 85 Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquires. 85 Make sure customer demand reflected correctly and accuracy. Order entry and maintenance managed properly. 85 Ensure on time delivery support, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps. 85 Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. 85 Proactive focus on Revenue, Forecasting, Pricing management and overall operational management. 85 The agile problem solvers, providing a helping hand to our Customers and Sales. 85 Maintain and update customer records in the system. 85 Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. 85 Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review. 85 Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
