Major Job Responsibilities: -Assist in formulating and implementing MBA Program strategic plans aligned with the school’s overall strategy. -Develop and execute marketing strategies to build a high-end MBA brand, leveraging all available resources. -Plan and oversee marketing/admissions events to ensure seamless execution and brand enhancement. -Optimize admissions policies, procedures, and CRM systems to ensure efficiency and fairness in candidate selection. -Lead and develop the team to achieve enrollment targets and foster a positive, professional team culture. -Propose and implement new initiatives to drive program growth and innovation. -Collaborate with other departments to provide strategic support and contribute to the school’s development.
Basic Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree or above. -Native-level Chinese and fluent English language skills. -10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in independent unit management. -Strategic vision and global perspective with strong decision-making abilities. -Excellent cross-cultural communication and team leadership capabilities. -Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering impactful change. -Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
