Main Responsibilities: 83 Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM): o Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC systems. o Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. o Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. 83 Adhoc Maintenance and Repair: o Respond to unexpected HVAC system breakdowns and malfunctions. o Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues promptly. o Ensure minimal disruption to campus operations during repairs. 83 Long-Haul Maintenance: o Plan and execute long-term maintenance strategies for HVAC systems. o Monitor the condition of HVAC equipment and plan for major overhauls. o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks. 83 System Upgrades: o Identify opportunities for upgrading HVAC systems to improve efficiency and performance. o Plan and oversee the installation of new HVAC equipment and technologies. o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards during upgrades. 83 Energy Efficiency Management: o Monitor and analyze energy consumption of HVAC systems. o Implement energy-saving measures and technologies. o Generate reports on energy usage and efficiency improvements. 83 Compliance and Safety: o Ensure HVAC systems comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. o Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. o Implement corrective actions to address any safety concerns. 83 Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of all HVAC maintenance and repair activities. o Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and energy usage. o Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
