Ensure delivery process compliance internal and external.
Fulfill the logistic activities properly and within assigned schedule and budget to assure the delivery.
Manage suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and better service performances.

Relationship with different stakeholders:
Receive delivery notifications form Argentina team, check space availability with shipping company and coordinate with local agent the full logistic process.

Activities to be performed:
(These are the positions’ essential duties and is not an all inclusive list)
1) Receive delivery notifications form Argentina team, then check the loading plan with factory.
2) Check the available vessel ETD with shipping companies and get the space.
3) Inform the local agent to contact factories for loading.
4) Confirm the BL and finish the CI&PL to Customers.
5) Keep focus on the vessel ETD and ETA.
6) Any other related things.


Requirements:

1. 2 Years of experience in similar position.
2. Passionate and hard working with good communication skills.
3. Excellent spoken and written English language ability. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
4. Microsoft excel skills.
5. Tidy and well organized.
6. Structured and analytical thinking.
