Performing ISO26262 projects in accordance with Mobility: Safety & Security department annual sales target and strategic plans.

岗位职责
Project Execution
1.Execute the automotive ISO26262 projects in Great China region, mainly focus on projects in ECU, ADAS and automated driving area (Hardware, Software, System Architecture) by applying the safety & security standards.
2.Analysis, communicate and understand the customer demands to make the project proposal, execute and delivery to satisfy customer’s request.
3.Handle the ISO26262 projects, including audit and assessment etc.
4.Create the safety-related assessment report.
5.Create and update related WP templates, technical proposals, checklists, meeting minutes etc.
6.Coordinate with other sections on team-working for mobility business promotions.
7.Timely communicate with related clients regarding on-going projects to guarantee defined annual project milestones and sales target.
8.Report to the Principal Engineer about the project milestones, status, and other project related information.
9.Provide customer support; customer feedback collection and briefing; customer complain handling.
10.Follow the company culture, continuously learning and understand the automotive development trends.

Project Management and Strategic Planning Supports
1.Coordinating milestones within each project with internal and external resources.
2.Maintain timely communication in the assigned projects with clients.
3.Maintain timely communication to Principal Engineer and other team members to cross promoting mobility business and supporting directions planning.
4.Maintain timely communication with Germany headquarters.
Others
1.Complete the tasks and duties assigned by Principal Engineer.

任职条件
1. Bachelor's degree or above on Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation, or relevant fields.
2. Minimum 3+ years working experience related to ISO26262 engineering development or testing on the safety-related ECU, ADAS in automotive OEM or Tier 1. Experience in Chip industry is preferred.
3.Must have in-depth knowledges in HW/SW Design /Testing.
4.Good understanding of the autonomous driving system architecture or HAD testing will be a plus.
5.Deep understanding of the safety standard in ISO26262, ISO21448 and ASPICE etc.
6.Master the safety analysis method in FTA, FMEA, FMEDA etc.
7.Experiences with safety-related audit or assessment is preferred.
8.Understanding of project management approach is required.
9.Strong technical insight, problem analysis and solving ability.
10.Result-oriented working style and good interpersonal communication skills.
11.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation, and procedure.
12.Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure.
13.Good command of English in spoken and written.
14.Timely travel will be required.
