- Hunting, Prospecting and Selling for Thermal Insulation Systems products, understand competitive business and market intelligence at the respective customer - Achieve sales targets - Price and contract negotiation - Managing existing customers - Traveling to visit potential customers - Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions - Customer support as required - Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events - Responsible for the communication of customer feedback to the organization - Promptly handle customer inquiries and follow up by direct communication - Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continual improvement to maintain business & delivery plan Manage project build status and following company workflow with good communication skills - Interface with customer & internal related function team as a coordinator to meet customer request - Work with manager to develop and execute strategic plan - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor degree, major in Engineering related - Minimum of 3 years in the NEV industry & automotive industry a plus - English, written and verbal - Good communication skills - Commercial knowledge & customer-oriented manners - Willing to travel a must - Demonstrate knowledge and application of project management principles and tools - Strong follow-up skills & ability to manage a project and task to completion - Detail-oriented - Demonstrate initiative and be proactive - Proven team-player with a passion for excellence - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent client service skills
