Job purpose: Delivery and coordination of technically engineering within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study and/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.
Main duties: Prepares technically correct, safe, environmentally friendly, cost & time effective discipline engineering analysis and solutions, to guarantees the compliance of engineering solutions with client requirements, industry standards and Group HSE, engineering processes and best practices. Specially involved in rotating & package equipment engineering from front end studies till completion of detailed engineering with covering the following key functions: - Prepare deliverables as delegated by Lead Engineer. - Perform detailed engineering. - Preparing and developing the equipment data sheet, specification, Standard drawings, calculation and engineering drawing. - Prepare material requisition for bidding and ordering. - Technical bid evaluation. - Review and incorporate vendor data and drawings. - Provide necessary interface inputs / vendor information to other disciplines. - Coordinate with all other disciplines engineers for IDC comment. - Produce engineering documents on schedule, quality within budget. - Support testing and Inspection of the Equipment at Vendor Shop. - Supporting the construction job site by resolving the mechanical design issue. - Perform any other functions as allocated by leader engineer and department manager. - Work as field engineer when required.
Qualifications Requirements: Must have: - Bachelor degree and above in engineering, Majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Fluid Machinery and Engineering, or Fluid Machinery and Automatic Control - Knowledge of process equipment / activity - Fluency in professional English in both of oral and writing, English level is CET-4 and above. - Computer literate (CAD skills, Microsoft office skills ) is must. - Good interpersonal and commutation skill. - Self-learning ability is a must
