Key Responsibilities: 85Lead and manage the fabric development process from concept to final approval, ensuring that fabrics meet both aesthetic and technical specifications. 85Analyze market trends and consumer demands to propose innovative fabric solutions that align with customer requirements. 85Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers, mills, and other stakeholders. 85Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective fabric development. 85Oversee fabric quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met. 85Conduct thorough research on clients' product needs and provide fabric solutions that meet or exceed expectations. 85Create and maintain fabric price structures, ensuring competitive pricing and cost optimization. 85Stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and trends in the fabric industry, particularly in the areas of knitting and weaving. Qualifications: 85Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the fabric development or textile industry, with significant experience working with Western and European companies. 85Strong knowledge of fabric construction techniques in both knit and woven fabrics. 85Excellent understanding of fabric price structures, and the ability to negotiate and provide cost-effective solutions. 85Experience in data analysis, with the ability to use insights to influence fabric design and development strategies. 85A solid understanding of the fabric market's flow, trends, and customer preferences. 85Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and customers. 85Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 85Fluency in English is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: 85Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field. 85Experience working in a global or multinational organization. 85Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
