工作范围 Position summary This role will take initiative to optimize commercial operation excellence, improve sales effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. 主要职责Major Duties and Responsibilities 61 Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand, empower and support field sales teams, including CanSino in-house sales teams and CSO teams, through strategic guidance, tools, trainings and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource. 通过给出策略层面的建议与指引、优化流程与工具、经验萃取分享与培训等赋能来***程度地助力业务增长以及提升业务运营效率,切实支持商业板块的销售推广工作与团队,包括康希诺直营与CSO模式。
61Provide business insights based on profound and robust data analysis to ensure commercial target, execution planning, financial planning fitting to the business nature and business strategies. 基于扎实和深入的内外部业务结果与过程数据分析,提供有价值的商业洞察,确保商业目标、执行计划和财务目标符合公司战略。
61Establish and maintain data analysis and decision making frameworks, processes and systems to manage all sales results and behaviors related initiatives and tasks such as target setting, performance evaluation and motivation scheme. 在数据分析的基础之上,建立对销售结果与过程的目标设定与绩效评价的体系与系统,科学地设计制定各项相关的针对销售团队的政策、指引与要求,参与和支持销售团队的绩效管理。
61Collaborate with other commercial functions and management team to effectively manage strategic sales related initiatives including sales operation & planning, budget setting and review, etc. 与商业板块其它功能部门以及管理层协作推进销售相关的各项策略性工作,包括产销协同计划、预算制定与业务回顾,等等。
61Lead sales training team to foster a culture of continuous learning and development in all field sales teams and enhance skills and capabilities of sales teams to meet continuously business needs for growth. 带领培训团队提升销售培训团队技能和能力,推动销售组织内部形成持续学习和发展的文化,打造具备持续满足业务成长需求的能力与技巧的销售团队。
61Supervise Listing & Tender Management function to ensure fast and sustainable provincial and district level listing and optimistic results in tender. Establish and maintain China vaccine listing and tender database, and provide insights to support the development of CanSino portfolio market access strategy and execution plan based on analysis of related data and information. 带领招标准入管理团队,支持产品完成在各省和区县的招标、遴选、准入工作,建立和维护疫苗准入相关专业数据与信息数据库,并基于对信息与数据的分析提炼结论,支持产品准入策略的制定和发展。 任职资格: 教育背景 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.本科学历及以上。
工作经验 Experience: Minimum 10 years of large MNC biotech/pharma industry, commercial operation excellence or SFE fields, with a focus on strategy development and implementation; team management experience. 10年及以上大型跨国公司生物制药行业经验,专注于商业卓越运营的策略制定与实施,具备团队管理经验。
专业技能 Special skill: Strategic Thinking, Strong analysis skills, numbers-oriented, through attention to details. 战略思维导向,出色的分析能力,注重数字,细节。 Strong understanding of operational excellence management, communication and change management, budget, resource, performance indicators and workforce development. 对卓越运营管理、沟通与变革管理、预算、资源、绩效指标以及产能有深刻的理解。
其他要求 Others: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 具备优秀人际沟通技巧。
