MBA is a plus Service Description: The global supply management team is responsible for the sourcing, manufacturing development, execution and production of Apple's differentiated and unique mechanical parts. Part of Apple's core business is the creation and development of our world-class mechanical / industrial designs and as such, the management of the supply chains is required to be equally unique, innovative and specialist. Due to the importance of this discipline, this group must be able to innovate not only our products, but also the very business processes by which we accomplish our objectives. The complicated balance between the need to achieve ground breaking mechanical developments and business execution creates challenges that drive processes that require a bridge from engineering risk to manufacturing capability to business needs. Individuals in this group support the followings: 61 Operation excellence: on line monitor material flow with identify risk in supply fulfillment and opportunity to get more supply from bottleneck station, support supply recovery 61 Reporting: track, consolidate and update reports, including but not limited to forecast, shipment, goods receipts, and inventory; conduct data/excel analysis such as demand waterfall, PS 61 Cost: support cost analysis and negotiations 61 Line Qualification: working with cross functional team to understand line qualification plan and drive both internal and external resource to hit the target 61 Labor management: monitor daily hiring/attrition status, on line focusing on labor allocation in each process to figure opportunity in labor saving 61 Feeder parts management: warehouse management on checking inventory and daily inspection status to map out on hand quantity 61 Equipment status check: on site check machine ETA, fine tune and qualification status, well understand equipment readiness line by line 61 Fixture status check: working with vendor on counting fixture ready time, ok to input and daily maintenance 61 OEE management: working with cross functional team to understand daily OEE target and drive resource to hit OEE target, proactively keep team on same page on OEE daily update 61 Lean initiative: with activities on production line, self driven in figuring out any possibility in lean proposal for LT shorten, CT improvement, etc Additional Requirements: Proficient at data analyzing Innovation-- have successsful experience in creating data automation and tools that enhance work efficiency (developing something 0>1)
