Roles & Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly/Seasonal Merchandising Support Update and monitor the sales performance and stock delivery situation. Complete routine reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Monitor sales performance closely and perform business analysis with manager to develop appropriate action plans in order to achieve financial targets set by the Company. Collection feedback from stores to HQ Work with manager and store teams in monitoring all categories merchandise distribution, execute consolidation/transfer within the same region by store. Inter-store transfer is needed upon customer orders or replenishment not arrive in time to maximize sales. Work with cross-functional teams upon various events such as product transfer, customer orders, pre-sale, mall events on assortment and inventory plan. Assist merchandising team in daily operation Product Launch & Markdown Provide seasonal assortment plan/line sheets Support all events and markdowns such as logistic liaison, stock return to online and offline channels. Upload price event for all product launch and markdown events in online and offline channels. Seasonal Product Training Prepare training materials from Global with assortment editing and Chinese translation. Conduct seasonal product trainings with manager Market trends and competitor research Training coordination and set up After-sales Service Handle all product quality issues such as defectives and repair services from stores. Prepare defective and repair form for each damaged product. Liaise and follow up with Sourcing /Logistic/HQ merchandising/Customer Service teams for necessary services. Position Requirements: Detailed minded, with solid analytical and numerical skills Strong in Excel Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently Willing to learn and work under pressure High degree of work commitment Good presentation and communication skills Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
