工作内容 Job Description:
61 确保原物料及产成品符合相关标准。
Ensure the material and finished goods meet the related criterion.
61 负责对不合格品的控制, 负责组织、落实、跟踪纠正措施。
Control the defective product, coordinate to come up the correction action and follow its implementation.
61 评审供应商，给予供应商必要的质量控制方面的指导。监控供应商的表现使得他们满足公司的要求。
Survey the suppliers, guild the supplier on quality control, monitor the supplier to meet the quality requirement.
61 负责培训操作工、检验员并提供相应的质量方面的技术支持。
Train the operators and inspectors to understand the related quality criterion.
61 组织制定计量器具操作规程，内部校准检定规程等。
Create the operation procedure for measuring instrument, make the internal verification procedure.
61 制定产品质量管理文件，包括检验标准和检验规范等。
Create the quality management document of product, include the quality check criterion.
61 负责各类产品质量统计数据的收集和整理，作为过程能力统计分析的依据。建立和规范原始记录、台账、各类检验结果报表的记录格式和记录内容，不断提高检验员、巡检员的业务水平和工作质量。
Create the quality record format, collect and analysis the quality statistics data, improve the job level and job quality of IPQC and inspector.
61 负责客户抱怨的收集、分析和处理。
Collect, analysis and deal with the customer complain.
61 主持召开质量例会，并负责跟进和监督检查，以及月质量例会的工作汇报。
Hold the regular quality meeting and monthly quality meeting, then follow the implementation.
61 参与制定满足标准要求的质量体系（如ISO 9001:2008, NF & CCC等），并确保实施和保持。
Establish the quality system (As ISO 9001:2008, NF & CCC etc.), that meets the requirements of the standard, and ensure its implementation and maintain.
61 确保和执行产品认证的相关规定和要求。
Ensure implementation and product certification rules and requirements.
61 积极有效地执行上级领导分配的任何其他任务。
Perform any other tasks assign by his Supervisor Act quickly & efficiently.

职位要求Job requirement：
61 电子专业或机电一体化专科以上。
degree with major in Electronics or Mechatronics
61 三年以上制造企业电子产品的质量管理（必须）
At least 3 years quality management experience in electronics product manufacturing environment
61 具备质量问题分析能力和质量控制手法
Have the quality analysis capability and familiar to the quality control method
61 良好的英语沟通能力，工作积极主动
Good communicator both in oral and written English, proactive in working attitude
