Responsibilities 岗位职责 : · Coordinates the efficient deployment of new product releases, including but not limited to: sales enablement materials, messaging, website optimization, and responding to ad hoc product queries. · 协调新产品发布的高效部署,工作内容包括但不限于:制作销售支持材料、制定宣传策略、优化网站内容以及及时响应临时产品咨询。 · Develops and/or contributes to the creation of content supporting various product lines and ensures the efficient production, localization and delivery of marketing materials · 制定和/或协助制作各产品线的支持内容,确保营销材料的高效生产、本地化与交付。 · Liaises with Product, Clients and Sales to identify product enhancement opportunities and assists Product with the prioritization of product backlog. ·与产品部门、客户和销售团队保持联络,挖掘产品优化机会,并协助产品部门确定待办事项优先级。 · Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and monitors, tracks and understands the progression and relevance of product enhancements in the marketplace from sprint cycle to go-live date. · 担任领域专家角色,监控、追踪并深入理解从冲刺周期到产品上线期间市场对功能升级的反馈及需求关联性。 · Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify product gaps, potential new offerings, and methods to continuously improve product offerings. ·开展市场调研、竞品分析与客户互动,识别产品短板,探索潜在新品机会,持续优化产品组合。
Requirements 任职要求: · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is required. Experience working in a B2B organization is an asset. ·市场营销、新闻学、传播学、公共关系或相关领域学士学位(或同等学历),具有B2B机构工作经验者优先。 · Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Journalism, Marketing or Communications is required. ·需要至少 4 年的产品营销、新闻、营销或传播经验。 · Advanced writing / editing skills is required. ·需具备高阶文案撰写/编辑能力 · Bilingual English / Mandarin written communication skills are a strong asset. ·中英文双语书面沟通能力为重要加分项。 · Working knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques in Product Marketing is required with working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC). ·需熟悉产品营销领域最新趋势、实践方法及技术动态,并掌握软件开发生命周期(SDLC)基础知识。 · Proficiency with SharePoint, CRM systems like Salesforce, and Desktop publishing software like Adobe Creative Suite is required. ·需熟练使用SharePoint、Salesforce等CRM系统,以及Adobe Creative Suite等桌面排版软件。 · Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand stakeholder needs or problems and respond clearly and concisely. ·出色的倾听与口头沟通能力,能精准理解利益相关者需求或问题,并给予清晰简明的回应。 · Advanced time management and ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail and organizational skills. ·卓越的时间管理能力,可并行处理多优先级任务,兼具细节把控力与组织协调技巧。
