Job Responsibility: 工作职责 Implement TPM, responsible for the daily maintenance; Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures for all shanghai location production machines and facility machines(More than 100 machines). 实施TPM,负责整个上海工厂生产设备和facility设备(大于100台机器)的日常维护、保养和检修;制定并执行设备维护计划,预防设备故障。 Timely respond to equipment failures, conduct fault diagnosis and repair; Analyze the causes of equipment malfunctions and propose improvement measures. 及时响应设备故障,进行故障诊断和修复;分析设备故障原因,提出改进措施。 Participate in equipment automation improvement projects, propose optimization suggestions, and improve equipment efficiency and reliability; Track new technologies in the industry, evaluate and introduce advanced equipment and technology. 参与设备自动化改进项目,提出优化建议,提高设备效率和可靠性;跟踪行业新技术,评估并引入先进设备和技术。 Participate in the installation, debugging, and acceptance of new equipment; Write equipment operation and maintenance manuals, and train operators. 参与新设备的安装、调试和验收;编写设备操作和维护手册,培训操作人员。 Maintain equipment files, record equipment operation, maintenance, and repair status; Write equipment maintenance reports and fault analysis reports. 维护设备档案,记录设备运行、维护和维修情况;编写设备维护报告和故障分析报告。 Purchase and review spares stock & tools, to ensure minimal downtime of production. 申购工具、备件并定期回顾备件库存状态,将宕机时间降到最低。 To eliminate hazard, ensure to maintain a safety environment for all employees. 消除安全隐患,确保维持一个安全的工作场所。 Participate in carbon reduction improvement projects for equipment and facilities, propose optimization suggestions, and ensure the implementation of annual carbon reduction targets. 参与设备设施节能减碳改进项目,提出优化建议,确保年度减碳目标的实施。 Lead maintenance team to finish the work effectively and in good quality. 带领维修团队高效高质量的完成工作。 Regularly evaluate the work performance and ability level of team members, and formulate personalized career development plans for them. Provide promotion opportunities and career development guidance to inspire team members to continuously improve themselves and achieve common growth of individuals and the team. 定期评估团队成员的工作表现和能力水平,为成员制定个性化的职业发展规划,提供晋升机会和职业发展指导,激励团队成员不断提升自我,实现个人与团队的共同成长。 Other tasks assigned by superior. 上级交代的其他任务。 Qualifications: 岗位要求: Bachelor or above, mechanical/electrical, automation or any major related. 本科以上学历,机电或自动化等相关专业。 Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance and facility management, hold electrician/technician certificate. 3年以上维护维修和故障诊断工作经验,持有电工上岗证/技师证。 Familiar with operation on HV/LV, quick troubleshooting skills. 熟悉高低压电气设备操作,快速故障排除能力。 Willing to learn and fast-learning, excellent root-cause analytical, problem solving skills. 良好的学习意愿和快速学习能力,出色的根因分析和问题解决能力。 Good computer skills & excellent communication skills, English level medium or above. 良好的计算机应用能力,出色的沟通能力,英语水平中等以上; Well understand Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, TPM, Error proofing etc. 对精益制造,5S,TPM,防错有较好的理解。 Have knowledge of the ISO50001 energy management system and have participated in relevant energy conservation projects. 对ISO50001能源管理体系有了解,并参与过相关的能源节约项目。 Self-motivated, be able to complete tasks with minor supervisions, good team working spirit. 自我激励,可在没有监督的情况下独立完成工作,良好的团队合作精神。 Work flexible hours to meet production requirements, be prepared to work overtime if necessary. 为满足生产要求,弹性工作时间,需要时能够加班工作。
