Position Summary
This role is responsible for production related materials planning and purchasing; ordering process execution, Inventory control, materials shortage tracking and supplier performance tracking to ensure the production related materials on-time delivery.
该职位主要负责生产相关物料的计划和采购，采购订单的执行，库存控制，缺料跟踪以及供应商管理以保证生产相关物料的交付及时性。

This position bases in Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Supply Chain Manager.
该职位工作地址位于上海闵行，直接向供应链经理汇报。

Job Responsibilities
61 Planning and purchasing of the production related materials (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, tools, spare parts, etc) and service (subcontracting, etc), keep track and trace the materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery.
负责物料（包括但不限于原材料，包装材料，化学品，工具，备品备件）及委外加工等生产过程中的服务类业务的计划与采购，跟踪原材料的缺料情况，确保供应商的交付及时性。
61 Familiar with vendor, monitor the key indicators such as purchasing lead time, MOQ, Lot Size, etc, to ensure the reasonable setup of the MRP and make sure the safe production.
熟悉供应商，监控采购周期，最小起订量，批量等关键采购数据以确保MRP的设置合理从而保障生产。
61 Execute the ordering process, convert the PR to PO in SAP, generate the PO and modify PO in case of exceptions, send the PO to suppliers with necessary PLM documents or QMS requirements.
根据规定执行订单流程，在SAP系统中将采购需求转换成采购订单，生成采购订单并在出现异常时修改采购订单，将采购订单发送给供应商，在有需要时随附PLM文件或QMS要求。
61 Inventory control according to Company Target, follow up and handle the obsolete and expired materials working together with QA, Procurement and suppliers.
根据公司目标控制库存，与质量，采购和供应商合作处理超期和报废的材料。
61 Supplier performance tracking and escalation if necessary.
供应商管理，对供应商进行评估。
61 Abide by and be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.
根据公司要求遵守并执行相关的环境，健康和安全规定。
61 Other duties as may be assigned by line manager.
直线经理分配的其他职责。

Qualifications
61 Experience: 6-8years experience in planner buyer role in manufacture environment, medical devices experience is preferred.
61 6-8年制造行业物料计划采购经验, 有医疗器械行业经验的优先。
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree.
61 本科学历。
61 Fluent English in oral & written.
61 较熟练的英语书写及沟通能力。
61 Familiar with SAP MM module, MRP and MS-Office.
61 可熟练应用SAP MM 模块,MRP和MS-Office。
61 Hands-on, communicative, well demonstrated as a quick learner and team player.
61 积极主动，善于沟通，具有快速学习能力和团队合作精神。
