INTAMSYS welcomes you to become a crucial part of our internationally expanding additive-manufacturing organization. As the Channel Sales Manager, you will involve developing sales within a specified geographical territory and/or vertical market. You will drive growth and ensure customer success by promoting our organization’s additive manufacturing products with business partners in the Americas. Our manufacturing-grade 3D printing solutions are designed for prototyping and final products that demand high performance and engineering polymers in demanding market segments such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and more.
Tasks & Responsibilities · Develop both regional and channel business strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives. · Drive and grow revenue by supporting and grooming selected partners and their onboarding. · Jointly work with partners to review, update, & win sales opportunities, providing accurate and insightful forecasts/reports. · Assist in managing and executing partner business plans, developing sales pipeline. · Review regularly and communicate effectively to enable and train partners grow sales and solve problems. · Meet, engage, support, and know your key customers (directly or through your partners) by visiting them on-site or inviting them to our office. Address their concerns and ensure satisfaction with INTAMSYS’s products and services. · Stay updated on INTAMSYS and its competitors’ products, technologies, and services. · Act as a consultant to help partners and potential customers to best use our solutions (printers and materials) to fit their applications. · Collaborate with marketing and product team (locally or at HQ) to support INTAMSYS or Partner marketing/business events, such as tradeshows, seminars, INTAMSYS-day, and additive-manufacturing forums, and eMarketing campaigns, etc.
Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business. · Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant customer facing experience in B2B, preferably in a quota bearing role selling solutions or systems. · Self-starter with excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills · Sound business acumen combined with aggressiveness to achieve agreed objectives · ‘People’ person with open, ‘can do’ attitude. · Team player in a multicultural startup environment · Business travel is required · Experience in 3D printing/Additive Manufacturing/FFF preferred
