Responsibilities: · Good knowledge of Medium Voltage drives topology and system overview, understanding the market and customer requirements and transfer these into product development phase · Deeply understand the drive application and investigate the drive new applications, evaluate new applications standard and key functionality Electronical design during the project execution, create design specification, schematic, Bom, prototype assembly supporting, testing supporting and report Develop innovative and cost-effective solution for new and existing Medium Voltage drives Deeply involved into verification validation test to verify the design to meet all requirements, such as functionality, reliability, serviceability Debug and solve many technically challenging issues as part of the taskforce team Coordinate and cooperate with other department, such as quality, purchasing, testing, customer service
Qualifications: Techniques: · Master’s degree of power electronic with 3+ years of product design experience Bachelor’s degree will need 5+ years’ experience, drive product experience is highly preferred · Electrical simulation software, e.g. ANSYS Simplorer, Matlab etc. · Good knowledge of power electronic topology (2-level, 3-level, M2C, cascade multilevel, AFE… etc.) · Have experience analog circuit and digital circuit design, familiar with basic controller functions · Good knowledge of power semiconductor and related gate driver design (IGBT, IGCT) · Familiar with electrical components selection, power loss calculation and application · EMC principal knowledge and related standard · Familiar with related drive standard such as IEC 61800-5-1 · Good oral and written English skills. · Desire for challenge, new technology and self-improvement · Passionate about power electronics
