主要工作职责
1. 管理意大利SC集团与中国供应商的日常对接与运营（包括物流、单证、出口流程、货代协调、订单记录等）
2. 为新产品项目寻找、筛选和开发新供应商
3. 处理询价请求（RFQ）及相关商务、技术和质量要求
4. 通过建立SC集团与中国轴承制造商的直接合作降低采购成本
5. 拓展采购资源：调研并筛选中国轴承制造商（市场活动）
6. 推动意大利总部与中国轴承制造商的OEM销售业务直接合作
7. 提升采购货物在出口至意大利之前的质量控制
8. 跟进SC集团轴承产品在中国向欧洲客户的销售与物流（客户在华设厂但采购总部位于欧洲）
9. 定期向意大利总部汇报工作进展、公司状态、商业机会及国内客户动态
10. 强化集团整体协作，避免单点运作
11. 完善公司组织架构并完成团队员工的招聘
12．优化中国分公司和意大利总公司间的沟通渠道

- Good communication & cooperation skills, active, cheerful, down to earth and self-motivation;
- Open, team work, organized working attitude
- Export and western style experience
Main task and assignment
1. to manage the daily contact and operation between SC Group in Italy and suppliers in China, including logistic activity, documentation, export procedure, forwarder agent contact, orders bookkeeping, etc.
2. to scouting, sourcing and find new suppliers for new projects
3. to follow RFQ and handle relevant commercial, tech & quality requirements
4. to reduce the purchasing prices through a direct contract between SC Group and Chinese bearings manufacturer;
5. to research and select Chinese Bearings Manufacturers (marketing activity) to enlarge the purchasing sources;
6. to promote direct business relationship between Italy and bearing manufacturers for the OEM sales activity;
7. to grant the quality control of the goods purchased before the export to Italy;
8. to follow the sales and the logistics in China of SC Group bearings to European customers that has their own production units in China, but whose main purchasing office is located in Europe;
9. to regularly report to HQ in Italy his activity, company status, business opportunity, domestic customers ongoing,
10. to have a group approach in his activity and no single unit approach
11. to improve the Company organization and complete the staff recruitment.
