What is the Job about 61 The Application Consultant belongs to a Team focused on supporting our Business users in the day-by-day operations within the Application Area of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solving the medium to high complexity tickets and collaborating with Senior Consultants in related Projects. Your main responsibilities 61 Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 2 support as system bugs, complex requests for service and complex change requests 61 Ticket Analysis Responsible to analyse the tickets and identify the Root Cause 61 Training Responsible for the Super User training in the different projects he/she is involved 61 Project Responsible for the design, development, test, training, roll-out and after care of the innovation projects with the Delivery Area 61 Line of Expertise responsibility 61 Responsible for Line of Expertise identified within the Delivery Area as Process Owner and capable to discuss with the Business to find the right solutions for the users and for the customer
Your background 61 4-5 years of experience are needed: 61 University Master degree preferable in – Sales/Service Business 61 Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) or similar systems in the following Areas o Saas applications o Organizational Structure (e.g. Sales Org., Sales Office, Sales Group …) o Field Service management platform o Real-time scheduling o Reporting & analytics o Backend integrations o Workflows
61 This experience has to come from similar Sales/Service companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented 61 International experience from either previous jobs in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory 61 Holistic, are a Team player, that takes responsibility and ownership, and are used to work in a Matrix organization. 61 Candidates with long SAP Background that are looking for a future with support assignments are also relevant. In this case an introduction Roadmap will be defined.
