The ideal candidate will have >5 years of experience, and passion for the healthcare industry and its innovations, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Key Requirements:
Relevant Experience: Must have experience with robotics or instrumentation companies, especially in lab robotics/automation.
Sales Expertise: A demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Excellence: Exceptional client-handling skills with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, combined with superior communication and problem-solving abilities.
U.S. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the U.S. market is highly desirable, particularly within the robotics and healthcare sectors.
Cultural and Educational Versatility: A background that bridges both Chinese and American cultures, ideally with education from either or both regions.
Mandarin Fluency: Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication in both Chinese and English-speaking environments.
Healthcare Passion: A deep enthusiasm for the healthcare industry, with a keen interest in its technological advancements.
