61 To plan for raw material stock replenishment based on forecasted customer demand as well as other parameters like consumption history, safety stock set-up etc;
61 To plan and control the inventory level of raw materials to ensure availability of raw materials to meet production schedules, so as to allow for on-time completion of customer orders;
61 To leverage the inventory level of raw materials/semi-FG/FGs etc to achieve working capital target set by the company;
61 To interact with Customer Services department and sales divisions to improve sales forecast;
61 To improve material planning so as to minimize cost of import through air freight;
61 To interact with other Symrise affiliates for material planning activities;
61 To streamline and implement standard work procedures, i.e. SOPs;
61 To support the planning of new product launches and product discontinuations;
61 Production rationalization to optimize production capacity / lower production frequency;
61 Manage & reduce slow moving and obsolete raw materials;
61 Participate in Planning Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and other relevant projects;
61 Other projects/daily works assigned by management.

Qualification requirement:
- University degree in business or other related discipline. Must have 5+ years of management experience on planning, forecasting/modelling, or business analysis experience in a related industry;
- Knowledge of the various qualitative & quantitative tools and techniques;
- Understanding of product life cycle management;
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities;
- Able to communicate effectively up and down the organization;
- Superior analytical and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, quick-witted, confident to work with people at different levels, self-motivated and team spirit.
