* Job Description：
- Responsible for customer support in the Shanghai/Beijing region, primarily serving clients such as Quectel in Shanghai, Hisense in Qingdao, and Hikvision in Hangzhou.
- The main products sold and supported include NAND SLC and eMMC, as well as MCP.
- The main application areas include all kinds of applications, primarily consumer industries.
- Has strong expression and communication skills, and can maintain a good working relationship with agents

* Eligibility Requirements：
- 5-7 years of semiconductor-related experience, familiar with Memory (NAND SLC and eMMC, MCP, etc.) products
- Maintaining good relationships with agents and possessing some industry information acquisition capabilities
- Good communication skills (including English) for writing English reports
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and highly cooperative
