7. 负责开发和管理营运相关供应商，建立良好合作关系，推动供应商运作的持续改进。
Develop and manage operation related suppliers, establish good cooperation relationship and continuously improve supplier operation quality.
8. 负责公司的EHS管理，确保公司有一个安全，健康的工作环境。
Be responsible for the company's EHS management, to ensure safe and healthy work environment.
9. 建设营运团队，提供培训，关注员工职业发展。
Build operation team, provide training and pay attention to employees' career development.
10. 负责公司法务相关工作，确保公司运作的合法与合规，以及与客户、供应商的相关协议的有效性与合理性。
Be responsible for the company's legal affairs, ensuring the legality and compliance of the company's operations, as well as the validity and reasonableness of agreements with customers and suppliers.

岗位要求：
Job requirements:

1. 本科或以上毕业于医药，物流，工程，营运或其他相关专业
Have bachelor degree or above, majored in medicine, logistics, engineering, operation or other related fields.
2. 10年以上医药相关的生产、供应链管理和质量管理经验，熟悉GMP/GSP等质量管理规范Have more than 10 years of pharmaceutical related production, supply chain management and quality management experience, familiar with GMP / GSP and other quality management standards.
3. 拥有优秀的协调能力，领导力，团队合作能力和抗压能力
Have good coordination ability, leadership, teamwork ability and pressure resistance ability.
4. 熟练的英文书面和口语能力
