Summary: The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing all testing activities related to integrated systems. This role involves planning, assigning, executing, and monitoring tests to ensure compliance with system requirements, software specifications, and system architecture designs. The Test Lead will lead and manage the test team, including offshore teams, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the Test Lead will focus on continuously improving and optimizing testing methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities: 61 ASPICE Process owner of SWE.4-6, SYS.4,5. 61 Make a preliminary quotation for the new project. Calculate project cost and working hours. 61 Communicate with project team to obtain relevant support information, such as project time (including test cycle, test start time, sample arrival time and SOP time). Communicate with quotation team to obtain the basic information and test standards. 61 Take part in the specification review of the new project, support to do the interpretation of project team's new project test items and feedback the effective information. 61 Complete test scope of all new projects according to the customers’ test standard. Make feasible test plan to comply with the whole project master plan. 61 Check whether the test samples, test fixture and test equipment are ready with the responsible engineer for the new project. 61 Be responsible for the assignment of test activities for the new projects and perform test activities as well. Complete the summary of all projects issues and update weekly reports. 61 Arrange and monitor daily work in the test team to ensure the normal operation of the team. 61 Guide team member to create the test cases and test report. Review the output from team. 61 Be responsible for the training and assessment of the team members. 61 Organize team members to conduct regular meetings to review work, identify problems, solve problems, ensure all projects are completed on time. 61 Implement the lab 5S management process and safety management process strictly to ensure 5S qualified and zero safety accidents in functional areas. 69 Requirements & Preferred Qualifications: 61 Educational level: Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus. 61 Working Experience: 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry. Experience in international cooperation is a plus. 61 ISTQB Certification is mandatory. 61 Proven experience in managing near-shore/off-shore team is the MUST. 61 Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is the MUST. 61 Strong understanding of automotive systems and industry standards is the MUST. 61 Proficiency in test management tools and software. 61 Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 61 Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred. 61 Test techniques used in automotive product validations on component and assembly level is preferred. 61 Experience of Roof systems, components and technology in the automotive industry is preferred. 61 Experience with Vector VT system for automatic testing setup and running is preferred. 61 Experience with script building using Python is preferred. 61 Be familiar with CAN bus, LIN bus, XCP protocol 61 Be familiar with data acquisition software, e.g. CANoe, CAPL 61 Be familiar with Doors, ASPICE, functional safety etc
