Manage group level accounting and tax activities, identify risks and opportunities, contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Lead and manage group level accounting policy/process and consolidation report, include China, Brazil, Indonesia and other oversea companies.
2. Lead and manage Southeast Asia accounting team.
3. Support company's external financing related work, coordinate annual audit work with big 4.
4. Lead and manage group level tax planning to optimize enterprise level tax expenses.
5. Implement internal control process to ensure proper implementation of accounting policy.
6. Ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA or ACCA is a must requirement.

Experience工作经验:
8+ years working experience in Finance and accounting, senior manager level in big 4 audit firm , or audit manager level + corporate accounting department, financial modeling or related experience.

Fluent in English speaking and writing.
