Major responsibilities: 61 Act as machine expertise, Support Elastomer APAC business to provide professional machine technical service & training for internal and external customers which include machine trouble shooting, modification and machine installation 61 Take charge of Amachine assembling, testing and provide fully report. 61 Take charge of spare parts maintenance ,shipping ,imported ,customer clearance. 61 Take charge of machine and spare parts localization 61 Closely collaborate with global team, and correctly transfer know-how to support business and machine technical competency growth in APAC. 61 Be responsible for document management, eg. Machine manual book translate ,SOP, report, share folder update. 61 Comply with HSEQ, 5S & compliance regulations. 61 Develop team in machine technical skills Value added to the success of the company – what are the main objectives of the function? Machine service leader for whole APAC customers and support elastomer team Work relations (List the most important work relationships with internal and external partners/customers) Internal :Global elastomer team, Daily reporting , machine technical support and transfer know-how external: Customer , distributor
职位要求: Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position) 61Education: Technical education focused on mechanical and/or electrical competences and/ or electrical automation, Bachelor degree or above 61Experience: 8 years above knowledge about mechanical, electrical devices and automation 61Proficient in installation & trouble shooting 61Strong ability to analyze and solve problem 61Knowledge & Skills in technical electrical drawing 61Strong customer focus, Self motivate and collaboration in regional environment 61Fluent in written, listening & spoken English, good communication skills
