Summary
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
61 Start project from kick-off until the final acceptance in the customer’s plant;
61 Responsible for project timing and cost, Supervise the quality;
61 Act as reference point for customer during whole project life, Work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship, and Achieve customer satisfaction;
61 Dealing with contract variations;
61 Build and Maintain project WBS and timing plan, Responsible for project review during project rolling;
61 Work with function managers to Allocate resource to work on project in order to Secure project running;
61 Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier;
61 Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix, and Contribute to Consolidate system procedure;
61 Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project;
61 Define the strategy “Make and Buy” for project scope of supply;
61 Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase;
61 Project report in closing phase in aspect of lessons, possible optimization;
61 Evaluate team member’s performance in project closing phase;
61 Contribute to long term development of local business and organization;
61 Follow the project management and site management process defined by the company;
61 Degree qualified(Bachelor and Above) or equivalent in Engineering or similar degree such as Aerospace or Automotive from recognized University.
61 At least 10 years’ experience of automation, robotics, Body in White assembly, special purpose machines, handling systems;
61 At least 3 years’ Experience for management of projects from concept through to completion;
61 Work in an English speaking environment;
61 Experience of managing commercial customer relationships
61 Proven track record of 1 entire PM (> 30 Mio RMB) ,
61 Proven track record of Financial management of Project;
61 PMP Certificate
