In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the procurement process in Indirect procurement, ensure the procurement

compliance and implement procurement strategy optimization activities.



The purposes of this position are:

1 This role will be responsible for providing required Indirect procurement services for demands from Greater

China office and R&D center including categories such as Corporate Affairs, Legal & Tax, R&D related service,etc.

2 Execution of end-to-end procurement process within compliance frameworks and procurement policies.

3 Coordination demands with internal demand owners and actively identify opportunities to add value to business.

4 Responsible for procurement strategy implementation.

5 Responsible for supplier data management, supplier review and market search with regards to related scope.

6 Responsible for negotiating contracts in regard to related category operative procurement activities and conditions with suppliers, and also for contract management.

7 Procurement process execution and system usage (SRM, SAP, Ariba, etc.).

8 Data analysis / reporting / tender roadmap arrangement for responsible scope or categories.



Main KPI tracking:

Annual saving and APT improvement.

Other Procurement & Compliance KPIs (Maverick spend, Code of Conduct, etc.)



Qualification:

1 Bachelor’s Degree or above.

2 About 2-5 years relevant working experience with proven results in procurement. For procurement assistant， fresh graduate can be considered.

3 Fluency in both written and oral English.

4 Equipped with basic skills of negotiation and project management.

5 Good interpersonal communication skills

6 Team-oriented, pro-active, willing to learn & improve.

7 SAP, SRM, Ariba experience is a plus.
