Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment and high morale. Enhance the skills and knowledge of team members through training and effective communication. Sales and Operations Management: Set and achieve sales targets for the store. Oversee store operations, including inventory management, product display, and store maintenance. Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all locations. Customer Service: Promote a customer-centric culture among team members. Monitor and improve customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends. Propose and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales. Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and in-store events to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
Qualifications Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in store management and solid retail operations experience. Experience in the luxury apparel industry is a plus. Proactive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit; business-driven and detail-oriented. Mature, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
